This job gave me a second opportunity to team up with my friend and longtime collaborator, Joachim "Jojo" Zunke. We had a blast casting this, coordinating the sets and wardrobe, and finding places to inject some humor. Erin Marquez made the ideal "Lisa", and the dudes at the reunion were perfect. The "Binaca Spray" moment was the result of me standing in line at CVS the night before the shoot and noticing some breath spray on the counter, which I felt inspired to purchase and slip in the actor's pocket. You'll notice that he misses his mouth with the spray while he stares at Lisa. That was intentional, and it makes me laugh, but I'm told some people think it's a mistake. What do you think?
