This job gave me the chance to team up with my longtime friend and collaborator, Joachim "Jojo" Zunke. When the boards came to us we quickly recognized the biggest challenge: finding great locations. The client wouldn't settle for anything less than enterprise scale manufacturing and logistics facilities, which we knew from experience wouldn't be obtainable within our budget or timeline. Together with our producers at Society, we leveraged personal connections, worked the phones, and tried to create win/win partnerships in order to gain access to real-world facilities that would normally be off limits to production. We are especially grateful to Kuka Robotics, Fisker, and Noble House for seeing the vision and agreeing to participate in this film.
