This was the second of three commercials I directed for Nerdwallet. All of the interiors were shot on stage at the legendary Churubusco Studios in Mexico. The apartment was designed and built by one of my all time favorite production designers, Fernanda Contreras. The exteriors were filmed on location outside of Mexico City, with the house composited in post (but the Alpacas are real!). I'm especially proud to have cast first-time actor & future Oscar winner Asher Zeitune in his first commercial. He's only 5 years old! This spot also features newborn Coen Heller, son of Society EP Jason Heller. Immense gratitude to the teams at Nerdwallet, Argonaut, and Story: We Produce for this dream opportunity.
